lol it wasn’t me who saw it happen. this is just a video on youtube. it’s also been in the papers and in the news. 

but I do agree. this bus driver is a professional. he is at work when he is driving the bus, and part of his job is to provide customer service to the passengers on the bus. his behaviour is completely uncalled for and ridiculous.
